EasySlide 25 years!
In 1984 the lifting-related injuries within healthcare skyrocketed – a workplace problem with no apparent solution.
That’s when RoMedic was founded and the first of RoMedic’s many functional and easy to use transfer aids, the EasySlide sliding mat, was introduced.
We didn’t know what people would think of it. After all, it represented an entirely new approach to moving patients in lying positions. But EasySlide proved to be a big success. And it gave us the opportunity to develop SystemRoMedic – a complete range of simple, efficient and safe aids for all transfer situations.
